BROKERS:

  All our brokers are full time professionals. Real Estate is their business. What we look for are people with ambition. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never sold real estate or been in the business for years. Neophytes will learn the business through our extensive in-house training and mentorship programs. Veterans will appreciate an atmosphere that focuses on the client and respect for other brokers. Our most experienced and successful brokers are eager to assist new brokers. Through classes and individual coaching, they willing share their techniques and provide valuable insights into their success.

PERSONAL ASSISTANTS:

  Most PAs are hired directly by the brokers. We maintain an active list of resumes of persons who are seeking these positions and provide them to brokers as requested. These positions may or may not require a broker’s license and can be part time or full time, depending on the broker’s needs.

STAFF MEMBERS:

  Occasionally, we need to fill positions within the office. These positions may include administrative assistants, and personnel dealing with marketing, finance, or IT.
